Cultivating a curious approach to the body and the self
I grew up in the south of France, and I’ve always been interested by how humans can transform painful experiences into learning opportunities. I lived in Paris for a few years, where I studied fashion design and arts, and moved to Berlin in 2018, seeking for a life with more meaning.
Having had a lot of health issues during my childhood and teenagehood, I quickly needed to understand the link between my emotions and the physical symptoms I experienced. I embarked on my movement journey with dance, then turned to yoga after some bad injuries. I first encountered the Grinberg Method in Paris, during a period where I felt quite lost: I was studying fashion design and I was facing a huge lack of meaning with what I was doing, and a lack of perspective for my future. The sessions and the practitioner I met helped me to reconnect to what I really wanted for my life, and allowed me to let go of things that were not working for me anymore.
I moved to Berlin, and for a while I worked in cafés, in clothing shops; I learned german, volunteered for NGOs. It was becoming clear that I wanted to work with the body: I decided to become a yoga teacher, to be able to teach people what was helping me change my relationship to myself and to my body. After graduating from the 200 hours vinyasa teacher training in 2020, I wanted to develop my tools further to be able to directly work with people on the challenges they encounter in their lives, and in 2023, I finished the Discipline of embodied attention (DemA) training, a 3 years long training program to become a Grinberg Method practitioner.
I've been working with clients and students since 2020. I love working with people of every age and profession, each bringing their stories and bodies. The more I work with individuals, the more I realise that the possibilities that emerge when we connect to our bodies are endless and always surprising, revealing new perspectives for ourselves that we couldn't have imagined before.
I work in German, English and French.
