I’m Muriel, a French bodywork practitioner and yoga teacher —
With bodywork and yoga, I guide individuals in transforming physical pain, navigating stressful life transitions, and breaking free from repetitive patterns. Through a combination of speaking, mindful movement and hands-on guidance, depending on the setting, I support you to shift your perspective on your life and live with more ease and energy.

Grinberg Method bodywork — one-on-one sessions
Body and mind are deeply interconnected - by exploring this connection, we can get to the root of your discomfort to create lasting change. One-on-one sessions are a mix of manual and spoken therapy that support you through life challenges, and help you let go of what no longer serves you.
Moving through a challenging time ———
When facing a challenging period, it can be crucial to get help and to be supported with the pain, grief and fear we experience. With different forms of touch, movements and verbal guidance, I support you to understand what is at play under the surface of what you experience. You will feel and get to know the physical and emotional patterns you are stuck with, and learn to undo them. The sessions support you in the process of letting go of unresolved emotions and past events you battle with. You will learn to transform fear and pain into ressources.

Reaching your goals ———
By asking the right questions, we can investigate in depth what stands between you and your goal. Together, we uncover limiting beliefs and repetitive behavioural patterns that sabotage your ambition. By addressing fears, low self-esteem, and elements of history that stand in your way, we clear the path for you to take action and achieve your dreams. Once we identified what blocks you, I guide you with different exercises and forms of touch to let go of these blocks that shape your reality.

Learning to let go of physical tensions ———
During the sessions, we work directly on the body, addressing painful or traumatised areas. We explore the repetitive postures and tensions that cause the symptoms, their history. By releasing these automatised physical contractions and habits, we can free up the energy that was trapped in the efforts to hold the contraction, and teach you to transform pain into something that can change. This allows the body to redirect its attention towards healing and recovering, instead of holding and suffering.
